We are looking for individuals in early career stages who are mission-driven and dare to embrace the challenge.\nIn this role, your work will help translate complex regulatory requirements into specialized models optimized for compliance detection, ensuring customers’ AI systems meet the highest regulatory and policy standards.\nRole Overview\nYou will play a key role in ensuring our Regulatory Guardrails address the right vertical compliance requirements and excel in accuracy and robustness. This role requires knowledge of vertical regulatory frameworks (e.g. financial), combined with a strong aptitude to work closely with our applied AI researchers and engineers.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct preliminary analysis of candidate Regulatory Guards to prioritize based on identified requirements from regulatory research, customer feedback, and market direction.\nData annotation to evaluate and optimize our models.\nStress testing of our existing regulatory guards.\nCollaborate with applied researchers to design and refine regulation-specific datasets for model optimization.\nExperience & Skills\nLaw Degree or equivalent\nMaster in Law, LLM, or equivalent \nProven academic path in regulated industries (e.g. fintech, health) and/or AI. \nProficiency in English\nStrong interest in Large Language Models and AI Agents. Tech-curious and product-savvy.
