Ali Professional divisione D&I ricerca, per azienda cliente con sede a Fino Mornasco (CO), una figura Junior per attività di Back Office Amministrativo con conoscenza di Sap da inserire all'interno dell'ufficio amministrativo a supporto delle attività operative e gestionali.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Inserimento e gestione dati a sistema;
- Supporto alle attività amministrative e di back office;
- Gestione documentazione e archiviazione;
- Supporto nella registrazione e nel controllo dei documenti amministrativi;
- Utilizzo quotidiano del gestionale SAP per attività operative e di reportistica;
- Collaborazione con le diverse funzioni aziendali per garantire il corretto flusso delle informazioni.
Requirements
- Esperienza, anche breve, in attività di back office amministrativo;
- Conoscenza e utilizzo di SAP (requisito indispensabile);
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
Benefits
- Contratto a Tempo Determinato di 12 mesi scopo inserimento;
- Inquadramento al V Livello CCNL Commercio;
- RAL : €23.000;
- Welfare aziendale: €500 annui;
- Orario di lavoro full-time: 08:00-17:00 oppure 09:00-18:00;
