You’ll partner with HR, learning and development, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end learning processes, including catalog management, learner assignments, self-service, and compliance training, while aligning with organizational strategy and best practices.\n Your day-to-day\nLead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Learning solutions, including learning catalog structure, courses, offerings, specializations, learning communities, and learner self-service;\n\nFacilitate requirement-gathering workshops with HR, learning and development, and business leaders;\n\nTranslate business needs into scalable, efficient Oracle Cloud configurations, including learner assignments, enrollment and approval rules, notifications, and completion tracking;\n\nProvide strategic guidance on learning and compliance training best practices and system capabilities;\n\nConfigure Oracle Cloud Learning, including catalog setup, eligibility and audience rules, security roles, and learner journeys;\n\nSupport integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, and external systems, including third-party content providers and learning content standards such as SCORM and xAPI;\n\nPlan and support data conversion of the learning catalog and historical learning records, and lead testing cycles (POC, CRP, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities;\n\nDevelop functional specifications for reports, dashboards, and integrations, including OTBI and BI Publisher reporting on learning completions and compliance;\n\nCoordinate with and guide technical teams, offshore resources, and cross-functional partners, and mentor consultants on the learning workstream;\n\nSupport client training, knowledge transfer, and go-live readiness for learners and administrators, while owning workstream timelines, deliverables, risks, and status communications to the project team and client leadership.\n\n Keys to your success\nExperience leading 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud Learning implementations, including quarterly patch cycles and regression testing;\n\nHands-on experience configuring the learning catalog, courses, offerings, learner assignments, and setting up learning security and approvals;\n\nExperience with learning content integration, including third-party content providers and content standards such as SCORM;\n\nExperience with at least 1 Oracle Redwood Learning implementation, including Visual Builder Studio customization;\n\nStrong understanding of learning and development and compliance training processes, such as mandatory training, certifications, recurring assignments, audience rules, eligibility rules, and learner completion tracking;\n\nSelf-motivated and able to plan work effort, manage priorities, and work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers;\n\nDemonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.\n\nExtra edge\nCurrent Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Learning;\n\nExperience mentoring consultants and coordinating offshore resources;\n\nExperience loading learning catalog and completion history through HCM Data Loader, and supporting regulated or compliance-heavy training environments such as healthcare, higher education, or the public sector;\n\nProficiency in at least one additional Oracle Cloud HCM
