compliance, technology, and executive stakeholders to define business objectives, pain points, priorities, dependencies, risks, and success measures;\n\nPerform rapid current-state assessments and gap analyses to identify business, process, technology, data, and organizational improvement opportunities;\n\nCreate current-state and future-state process maps that identify workflow improvements across client, advisor, servicing, onboarding, and operational teams;\n\nDesign Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for wealth management, banking, insurance, lending, and other regulated industry use cases, including client and household management, relationship management, financial accounts, onboarding, servicing, action plans, and advisor workflows;\n\nPresent architecture recommendations, solution options, implementation roadmaps, delivery plans, trade-offs, and business value propositions clearly to client stakeholders and executive leadership;\n\nDefine enterprise data architecture, integration architecture, and system-of-record strategies to support business processes, privacy, audit, compliance, regulatory, and reporting, requirements;\n\nDevelop security, privacy, consent management, and regulated data-sharing approaches that align with industry and organizational governance standards;\n\nDevelop user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery backlogs that provide delivery teams with relevant, clear, testable requirements;\n\nPerform declarative Salesforce configuration using platform tools, reports, dashboards, and automation capabilities where appropriate;\n\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scenarios, test scripts, issue triage, retesting, and business signoff.\n\n Keys to your success\n5+ years of salesforce experience, including solution architecture, consulting, business analysis, or senior platform-delivery responsibilities;\n\n5+ Years of industry experience in wealth management, banking, insurance, lending, asset management, or another regulated financial-services environment, and/or hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud;\n\nDemonstrated leadership and experience leading cross-functional discovery and converting business needs into practical Salesforce solutions;\n\nExperience creating process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, UAT documentation, and facilitating user acceptance testing and end-user training;\n\nExperienceworking within Agile delivery teams consisting of onshore and offshore members;\n\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce declarative capabilities, including Flow, security, sharing, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and data management;\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, migration, data quality,
