Join us in our mission!\nThe Opportunity\nWe're looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer who is ambitious, hardworking, and highly organized to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow quickly, take ownership of brand execution across a wide range of formats, and actively use AI tools to work faster and scale output without sacrificing quality or brand consistency. You'll design for both consumer and professional audiences, moving fluidly between fast-turnaround digital graphics and polished, presentation-ready materials. You'll become a trusted steward of our brand, able to take a single creative concept and adapt it intelligently across dozens of formats, sizes, and channels.\nConsumer / B2C Design\n\nCreate digital graphics for Amazon and retail storefronts (product listings, A+ content, banners)\n\nDesign website storefront assets and landing page graphics\n\nBuild digital advertising creative across paid social, display, and programmatic channels\n\nProfessional / B2B Design\n\nDesign sales collateral, one-pagers, and leave-behinds\n\nBuild and refine presentation decks for internal and external audiences\n\nCreate tradeshow materials, booth graphics, and large-format event signage\n\nSupport brand consistency across professional touchpoints\n\nProduce social media graphics and campaign assets across platforms \n\nAI-Enabled Production\n\nUse AI tools (e.g., generative image, generative voiceover, resizing, layout, and copy-assist tools) to accelerate design production and reduce turnaround time\n\nBuild efficient systems/templates for resizing and adapting creative across multiple formats and channels\n\nProactively identify opportunities where AI can scale design output without compromising brand quality\n\nStay current on emerging AI design tools and bring recommendations to the team\n\nBrand & Process\n\nLearn and internalize brand guidelines (voice, color, typography, logo usage) and apply them consistently and independently\n\nMaintain organized file systems, naming conventions, and asset libraries\n\nManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal oversight\n\nCollaborate with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders and agency partners to translate briefs into effective design\n\nSkills & Qualifications\nEducation & Experience: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital, retail/e-commerce, print, advertising, and trade show/large-format materials.\n\nDesign Suite Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.\n\nHands-On AI Experience: Active experience or strong interest in leveraging generative AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, generative resizing tools) to accelerate creative production and scale output.\n\nB2C & B2B/B2E Versatility: Demonstrated ability to transition fluidly between high-velocity consumer ad creative/social assets and formal corporate presentations, print collateral, and event signage.\n\nProcess & Asset Management: Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to maintaining file systems, naming conventions, and digital asset libraries.\n\nCollaboration & Communication: Self-starter with strong communication skills and a track record of taking initiative across cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) and external agency partners under fast-paced schedules.\n\nBrand Stewardship: A genuine interest in learning, applying, and protecting brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints.\n\nAI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience using generative AI design platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to accelerate production. AI Output Evaluation: Ability to review, refine, and edit AI-generated images and layouts to maintain full brand fidelity and quality control.\n\nMotion graphics or basic video editing skills. \n\nNice to Have\nDirect experience designing for Amazon/retail e-commerce platforms specifically (product listings, A+ content).\n\nHands-on experience with trade show, booth graphics, or large-format print production.\n\nMotion graphics or basic video editing skills.\n\nPrior experience in the healthcare, medical device, or consumer tech industries.\n\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000. This range represents the good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage AliveCor reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of hire. The final compensation offer will be determined based on several factors, including geographic market rates, the candidate’s years of relevant experience, and specialized industry-specific expertise.
