Strategy & Roadmap\nOwn the product roadmap and prioritization process in partnership with the founder\nEvaluate opportunities, customer requests, and strategic initiatives to determine what gets built and why\nBalance short-term customer needs with long-term product vision\nMake difficult prioritization decisions and communicate tradeoffs clearly across the organization\nTranslate Ideas Into Product Execution\nTurn customer needs, business objectives, and product vision into clearly defined requirements\nCreate detailed product specifications and acceptance criteria that enable efficient execution\nWork closely with Engineering and QA to ensure features are delivered successfully\nManage scope, sequencing, and release planning across multiple initiatives\nDrive Customer & Market Understanding\nConduct customer interviews and gather feedback to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities\nDevelop a deep understanding of how customers use the product and where they derive value\nStay informed on market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies\nBring evidence and customer insights into product decisions and prioritization discussions\nOwn Product Analytics & Insights\nAnalyze product usage data to understand adoption, engagement, and customer behavior\nBuild reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into product performance\nIdentify areas where customers are getting stuck, underutilizing features, or experiencing friction\nUse quantitative and qualitative insights to inform roadmap decisions and product improvements\nBuild AI-Powered Product Experiences\nHelp define the strategy and experience for AI-powered functionality throughout the platform\nReason through AI-specific challenges including quality, reliability, customers\nCollaborate Cross-Functionally\nPartner closely with Engineering, QA, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership\nAlign product decisions with customer needs, business objectives, and technical realities\nCommunicate priorities, progress, and outcomes across the organization\nHelp create a culture of customer-centric product development\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\n3+ years of product management experience shipping software products\nExperience writing product requirements, specifications, and user stories\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights\nExperience working closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle\nExperience taking products from 0-to-1 and through early-stage growth\nExperience with product analytics tools such as Sentry, Metabase, or similar platforms\nExperience writing SQL and analyzing product usage data\nFamiliarity with tools such as Linear, Jira, or similar product management platforms\nExperience with AI, LLMs, or AI-powered software products\nExperience with CRM, sales, marketing, or customer communication platforms\nExperience working with founders,
