Coordination with Maintenance and Support Teams:\n- Collaborate with maintenance teams to facilitate planned maintenance and operational improvements while ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations.\n- Communicate with support departments (e.g., electrical, instrumentation) to address any operational challenges that arise during the shift.\n7. Documentation and Records Management:\n- Maintain accurate logs of plant operations, safety checks, and compliance documentation as required by company policies and regulatory standards.\n- Ensure timely reporting of operational data to management and relevant stakeholders, including compliance with PPA reporting requirements.\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or a related field. Relevant certifications in power plant operation or management are an asset.\nExperience: Around 8 years years of experience in power plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role; specific experience in combined cycle plants is preferred.
