You will respond to support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of IT services.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nResolve incidents and requests from colleagues by phone, email, ServiceNow and in person\n\nSet up and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, accounts and software\n\nPrepare equipment and access for onboarding and offboarding\n\nDocument your work in ServiceNow and escalate complex or recurring issues to the right team\n\nSupport IT asset management and routine maintenance\n\nMaintain GxP documentation for your area and support production-site IT when needed\n\nWhat you bring\nAt least 3 years’ hands-on experience in IT support or service desk in a Microsoft environment\n\nSolid working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and [Entra ID / Intune]\n\nExperience working independently and prioritising your own queue\n\nExperience with an ITSM tool (ServiceNow is a plus)\n\nFluent Danish and English\n\nNice to have: ITIL Foundation, experience in a regulated (GxP) environment, basic networking\n\nWhat we offer\nA close local team of three colleagues, plus a European support network\n\nReporting to the Senior Manager, IT Support Europe\n\nVaried work across office IT and a regulated pharmaceutical environment\n\nOpportunities to grow within Global IT\n\nBecome a part of ALK\nALK provides a dynamic and accommodating work environment, complete with inspiring and challenging assignments.
