This role blends analytical rigor, stakeholder management, and clear communication to translate business needs into scalable, strategic solutions. Sr Product Analysts operate with growing autonomy and play a critical role in aligning business goals with product capabilities and customer value.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDrive stakeholder alignment by leading requirements gathering sessions and facilitating consensus across teams.\nTranslate complex business challenges into clear documentation, including use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.\nConduct data-driven analysis by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, insights, and recommendations.\nPartner with product managers and engineers to shape feature development and ensure alignment with business outcomes.\nEnhance cross-functional collaboration by acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.\nDevelop visual artifacts (e.g., process flows, wireframes, journey maps) to aid in decision-making and implementation.\nImprove product and process performance by identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimization opportunities.\nSupport testing and validation by creating test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).\nContribute to strategic planning by supporting roadmap discussions with insights and structured documentation.\nPromote best practices by mentoring junior analysts and sharing knowledge of tools, techniques, and frameworks.\nRecommended Experience & Education\nMinimum Years of Experience\n5 years of related experience or 3 years with an advanced degree\nEducation Level Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field\nRequired\nDemonstrated ability to structure and communicate complex business problems and solutions.\nProficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).\nSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nExperience working in or closely alongside Product Management organizations.\nExperience managing competing priorities and driving alignment among multiple stakeholders.\nStrong communication and presentation skills with executive and technical audiences.\nPreferred\nFamiliarity with financial modeling or business case development.\nKnowledge of digital banking or fintech products.\nExperience with backlog grooming, release planning, and product roadmapping tools.\nThe salary range for this position is: $102,000 - $128,000Cool Things to Know\nNot Just Any Company: Alkami has an awesome diverse and inclusive environment.
