This role will oversee our commercial payments backlog and ensure alignment with the organization’s business objectives, customer needs, and the broader strategic product and technology roadmap. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, experience with Agile methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-value solutions to customers.\n\nKey Responsibilities & Duties\nDefine requirements for ERP-to-digital banking integrations (e.g., payment initiation, positive pay, account reconciliation, and remittance data exchange) between the platform and ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Intuit QuickBooks, and Sage.\n\nPartner with engineering and third-party integration providers to define file- and API-based connectivity standards (e.g., BAI2, MT940, ISO 20022 camt.053/054, NACHA, CSV/OFX/QBO) supporting ERP integration use cases.\n\nWork with customers and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements and translate business and technical requirements for engineering.\n\nDefine user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clear communication of requirements to the development team.\n\nOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives.\n\nContinuously refine and adjust priorities based on customer feedback, business needs, and technical feasibility.\n\nLead a cross-functional Scrum team, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality releases.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the Scrum team to facilitate communication and collaboration.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines and resource requirements for features and enhancements.\n\nLead relevant Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\n\nEnsure the team adheres to Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\n\nMonitor sprint progress, maintain velocity metrics, and adjust priorities as needed to meet sprint goals and deliverables.\n\nAct as the voice of the customer, leveraging feedback, analytics, and insights to prioritize features that maximize customer value.\n\nCollaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and user adoption.\n\nPresent product updates, plans, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders.\n\nEnsure timely and successful delivery of product increments that meet quality standards and business objectives.\n\nMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.\n\nProactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and communicate release status updates effectively.\n\nMaintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or SaaS platforms.\n\nProven experience managing software development lifecycles in an Agile environment.\n\nExperience defining requirements for ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Intuit QuickBooks) with digital banking or treasury management platforms.\n\nWorking knowledge of payment and reconciliation file formats used in ERP connectivity (BAI2, MT940, ISO 20022 camt.053/054, NACHA).\n\nFamiliarity with ERP connectivity/middleware providers (e.g., Kyriba, CashPro Connect, or similar bank-to-ERP integration tools) is a plus.\n\nStrong understanding of Treasury Management, Cash Management or financial services platforms.\n\nExperience working for a Treasury Management or Cash Management platform provider is a plus.\n\nExperience with commercial payment products including ACH, wires and RTP.\n\nFamiliarity with bulk payments is a plus.\n\nDeep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and experience leading Agile teams.\n\nExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\n\nProficient in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence and ProductBoard.\n\nProficient in collaboration tools such as Slack and GSuite.\n\nStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.\n\nCustomer-focused, with a commitment to delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.\n\nSelf-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to lead with sense of urgency\n\nAbility to work both independently and in a team setting;
