Each client has unique functional, technical, and operational requirements. You will provide strategic guidance, manage complexity, and ensure alignment across teams to deliver a successful implementation\n\nYou will:\nLead enterprise implementations from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client goals\n\nDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies\n\nDrive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum\n\nOrchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners to streamline execution and enhance the client experience\n\nTranslate technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance for diverse technical and non-technical audiences\n\nIdentify and proactively mitigate implementation risks, escalating appropriately when needed\n\nEnsure a smooth transition to post-launch support and long-term account ownership\n\nContinuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn the first 6-12 months, a successful Implementation Manager will:\nIndependently lead complex implementations with strong executive presence and ownership\n\nConsistently deliver projects on time while maintaining high client satisfaction\n\nDrive measurable improvements in time to value and implementation efficiency\n\nDemonstrate sound judgment in navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities\n\nBuild trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders\n\nContribute meaningful process improvements that enhance scalability and are adopted across the Service Delivery organization\n\nAbout You\nYou thrive in complex, client-facing enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\n\nYou operate with a strong ownership mentality and are comfortable leading in ambiguous situations.\n\nYou are analytical and structured, with the ability to break down ambiguity into clear execution plans.\n\nYou have a strong track record of leading software implementations and driving adoption.\n\nYou balance technical fluency with executive-level communication.\n\nYou proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies before issues escalate.\n\nYou are resilient and adaptable, adjusting plans as needed while maintaining forward momentum.\n\nYou are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and improving how teams operate at scale.\n\nWe’re Looking For\n3+ years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management role\n\nExperience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions\n\nExperience in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial services\n\nExperience partnering with technical teams (engineering, product, integrations)\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of the bank or credit union deposit account opening and loans origination processes\n\nPrior experience as a Technical Project Manager, Engagement Manager, or similar delivery-focused role\n\nFamiliarity with Monday.com, JIRA, or similar project management tools\n\nExperience working with enterprise financial institutions\n\nTechnical aptitude with an understanding of web applications (JSON, XML) and APIs (REST, SOAP)\n\nThe salary range for this position is: $112,000 - $120,000Cool Things to Know\nNot Just Any Company: Alkami has an awesome diverse and inclusive environment.
