This role applies deep expertise in program governance, process modernization, AI-enabled automation, operational tooling, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex business challenges and improve delivery effectiveness. A core focus of this role is evolving the organization's implementation approach from a single-product orientation to a platform-level model, ensuring programs are planned, forecasted, and governed with the full customer platform in view. The position operates with significant independence, determining approaches to new assignments, influencing operational standards, and advising leaders on governance, process, and organizational improvement opportunities. The Strategic Program Manager, PMO drives broad operational impact through leadership of high-visibility initiatives, governance enhancements, and scalable business practices that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and implementation maturity across CXG Services.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nLead complex PMO transformation initiatives by planning and executing cross-functional programs that improve operational scalability, governance maturity, and delivery effectiveness across CXG Services\nChampion an AI-first approach to program management by reimagining processes and methodology around AI-enabled tools, automation, and workflow redesign, rather than layering AI onto existing manual approaches\nDrive the organization's shift from a single-product implementation focus to a platform-level approach by redesigning program frameworks, milestones, and stakeholder engagement models around the full customer platform\nOwn project forecasting and capacity planning across the PMO portfolio, including resource modeling, demand planning, and pipeline visibility that enable proactive staffing and delivery decisions\nEstablish and enhance PMO governance frameworks by evaluating operational needs, defining standards, and implementing scalable processes that improve organizational consistency\nDrive implementation methodology evolution by assessing delivery challenges, recommending enhancements, and coordinating adoption of process improvements across client-facing teams\nLead organizational change management efforts by developing rollout strategies, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of new tools, methodologies, and operational practices\nConvert insights from project retrospectives and customer feedback into concrete action plans, tracking follow-through and measuring the resulting impact on delivery quality and customer experience\nEvaluate operational performance and governance effectiveness by analyzing trends, identifying gaps, and recommending strategic improvements that support business objectives\nFacilitate resolution of complex operational challenges by assessing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities and coordinating cross-functional mitigation strategies\nInfluence operational planning activities by partnering with leadership to align transformation initiatives, governance priorities, and scalability objectives across the division\nDevelop executive-level reporting and operational visibility tools by defining metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators - including forecasting, capacity, and platform-adoption metrics - that support decision-making and organizational oversight\nLead process modernization efforts by identifying opportunities for automation, AI-enabled productivity improvements, and workflow optimization that enhance efficiency and user experience\nCoordinate enterprise-impacting operational initiatives by managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, resource alignment, and delivery outcomes across multiple functions\nAdvise stakeholders on governance standards, implementation practices, and operational improvement opportunities by leveraging expertise in PMO operations and organizational effectiveness\nGuide development of operational documentation, standards, and training materials by ensuring alignment with governance requirements and business objectives\nBuild relationships with key partners across Implementation, Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and PMO teams by influencing outcomes and aligning priorities on complex initiatives\nMentor team members and project contributors by providing guidance on governance practices, program execution, stakeholder management, and operational improvement approaches\nContribute to long-term organizational scalability by identifying systemic operational challenges and leading initiatives that improve consistency, adoption, and delivery maturity\nRecommended Experience & Education\nMinimum Years of Experience\n6-10 years of experience leading complex PMO programs, operational transformation initiatives, implementation governance efforts, organizational change management activities, or process modernization programs within SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or related operational environments.\nEducation Level\nBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field.\nKnowledge, Skills, & Qualifications\nRequired\nAdvanced experience leading complex PMO governance initiatives and operational transformation programs\nDemonstrated AI-first mindset, with experience reimagining processes and methodology around AI-enabled tools and automation rather than applying AI as an add-on\nStrong knowledge of implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational change management practices\nHands-on expertise with critical PMO and operational tools, including Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and ServiceNow\nSpecific experience with project forecasting and capacity planning, including resource modeling and pipeline/demand planning across a portfolio of programs\nExperience driving a shift from single-product to platform-level program design, planning, and stakeholder management\nExperience translating project retrospectives and customer feedback into prioritized, trackable action plans\nAbility to evaluate complex operational challenges and develop scalable solutions with broad organizational impact\nExperience influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions and levels of the organization\nStrong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills\nExperience developing operational reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and governance visibility tools\nAbility to lead process modernization, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives independently\nPreferred\nExperience supporting fintech, SaaS, or digital banking operational organizations\nExperience implementing AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation solutions, or operational modernization initiatives\nExperience leading or supporting a transition from single-product to platform-based delivery models\nKnowledge of portfolio governance, operational excellence, or enterprise process improvement methodologies\nRelevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Prosci, Lean, or Six Sigma\nExperience facilitating enterprise-scale change management or transformation initiatives\nExperience mentoring project managers, PMO professionals\nThe salary range for this position is: $114,000 -
