Via stakeholders in IT, Data Analytics and Insights, Commercial Operations, Finance and Procurement.\nAlkermes has recently adopted a hybrid working environment to support and meet the needs of employees and this role will operate in a flexible environment with 60% of time in the office and 40% from home. This position is eligible for the hybrid workplace model, requiring work to be completed onsite at our Waltham, MA office at least 3 days per week. This role is not eligible for fully remote work.\n Commercial Program Management & Governance\nProvide comprehensive project management support across Commercial infrastructure-related workstreams and projects, including establishing and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, milestone schedules, budget and governance reporting. \nDrive accountability across cross-functional teams by coordinating proactive and ongoing alignment on project strategy and operations including driving shared goals, clear timelines/deliverables, and routine transparent discussion of issues and risks in a manner which delivers long-term solutions . \nPrepare executive-level status updates, steering committee materials, and leadership dashboards. \nManage day-to-day infrastructure operations via existing end-to-end conversations while chartering and stabilizing new initiatives. \nMarketing Tech Stack Infrastructure Support\nPartner with Omnichannel leadership to track execution of key platform initiatives. \nDevelop reporting and dashboard solutions that support visibility into marketing tech stack priorities and implementation activities. \nCommercial Integration & Infrastructure Planning\nSupport commercial integration efforts associated with business acquisitions and organizational transformation initiatives. \nHelp evaluate and document commercial infrastructure needs, systems, processes, governance models, and future-state operating requirements. \nFacilitate working sessions and help develop integration plans, roadmaps, and implementation timelines. \nProject Portfolio Management Platform To Support Administration & Dashboard Maintenance\nDesign and maintain PMO solutions to support commercial infrastructure workstreams. \nDevelop executive dashboards and KPI reporting to provide visibility into project progress, risks, milestones, and resource needs. \nStandardize Commercial infrastructure reporting methodologies and governance processes across multiple initiatives. \n Basic Qualifications:\nMinimum of 10-12 years’ experience working for a pharmaceutical/biotech company in Commercial, PMO, or experience working for a consulting firm focused on pharmaceutical/biotech markets \nBS in a Marketing, Project Management, Business or related field \nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong project leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority \nActively seeks feedback and possesses a growth mindset; is open to learning from new perspectives \nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities \nExpert knowledge of project management best practices and tools (MS Excel; MS PowerPoint and/or knowledge of PM systems such as Smartsheet/Planview is preferred) \nThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $210,000 to $230,000. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual performance pay bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, training, knowledge, and experience.
