The role ensures consistent application of EHS standards, regulatory compliance, and alignment with corporate EHS strategy, with responsibility for internal audits and third-party risk management audits. Strong experience in regulated manufacturing environments, management system auditing, and cross-functional leadership is required to drive sustained EHS performance and risk reduction.\n Support the development, deployment, and continuous effectiveness of enterprise EHS management systems across diverse regulatory jurisdictions, including Europe and the USA, aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PSCI principles and internal governance standards.\nServe as system owner for Global EHS policies, procedures, risk assessment, objectives, metrics, and management review processes\nPartner with site EHS and operations teams to embed EHS systems into daily activities across GMP manufacturing, utilities, laboratories, and support functions\nDevelop and maintain the global annual EHSS audit program and lead EHS audits, self-assessments, and gap analyses across sites and vendors\nTrack findings, drive timely CAPA closure, and assess effectiveness to reduce systemic risk\nEstablish and maintain global EHS metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes\nProvide data-driven insights to support governance forums and management reviews\nDrive EHS system maturity through continuous improvement and structured root cause analysis\nSupport change management to ensure adoption, sustainability, and cultural integration\nCoach site EHS professionals and operational leaders on management system requirements and best practices\nInfluence senior stakeholders to strengthen accountability for EHS performance\nContribute to the development of EHS training materials, guidance documents, and standards\n7-10 years’ experience in EHS, management systems, or compliance roles within\nbiopharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments\nBachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Science or related discipline\nDemonstrated experience implementing EHS management systems and planning and\nleading audits and inspections. Formal ISO14001 / 45001 audit training or certification.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Science or related discipline\nISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification and experience with PSCI principles.\nExperience across multiple sites or global organizations\nTraining in risk management, root cause analysis, or change management.\nStrong understanding of GMP environments and EHS-Quality system interfaces.\nSkills & Behaviours\nDeep knowledge of EHS management systems, audits, CAPA, and performance\nreporting.
