测试，持续提升模型效果与线上稳定性。\n\n7、参与数据清洗、数据构造、标注规范、评测集建设与模型安全合规工作。\n\n任职要求\n\n1、计算机、人工智能、数学、统计、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历，硕士 / 博士优先。\n\n2、扎实的 NLP 基础，熟悉 Transformer、Attention、BERT、GPT、T5、Embedding、序列标注等。\n\n3、熟悉 Python，熟练使用 PyTorch / TensorFlow、Hugging Face、DeepSpeed、Megatron-LM 等框架。\n\n4、有大模型训练、微调或部署经验，熟悉 SFT、RLHF、DPO、LoRA、PEFT 中至少一种。\n\n5、熟悉 RAG、LangChain / LlamaIndex、向量数据库、Agent 框架者优先。\n\n6、具备良好的工程能力，熟悉 Linux、Git、Docker、K8s、SQL
