You know editing. You know color, pacing, rhythm, sound effects, music, hooks. Now you're all in on making AI tools, agents and MCPs do the heavy lifting, so you can ship 10x more and spend your time on the parts that make the video work.

You'll join the Marketing team as our AI Video Editor, working alongside our Video Producer. You get the scripts and the clips. You turn that into gold in a day or two.

What you own:

• Delivering 3-5 video ad creatives per week (20-45 seconds each)

• Building out and getting the most out of our current AI stack: Higgsfield, Claude, Hyperframes, Remotion and Viktor

• Building workflows where AI does most of the work: generation, rough cuts, motion graphics, versioning, resizing

• The final polish: hook, pacing, sound, captions and brand. This is where your editing craft makes the difference. Attention to detail, good taste, graphic design chops is absolutely crucial.

• Testing new AI tools every week and pushing the ones that make us faster into our workflow

• An AI-powered editing pipeline that goes from script to tested ad variants in days, not weeks

• A library of Remotion/Hyperframes templates and reusable assets

• Automations and MCP workflows that cut hours of manual editing down to minutes

• A way of making video that most teams won't figure out for another two years

• Have 3+ years of professional video editing experience. You learned the craft the traditional way - freelancer, influencer, creator or agency owner is a big plus.

• Have gone all in on AI. You use AI video tools, Claude and MCPs in your daily work, not just for fun

• Are curious to the point of obsession. Not just a little. Not just dipping toes. Knees deep.

• Have the taste to spot the 1 good generation out of 20, and the skills to polish it.

• Are comfortable with code-based video like Remotion or Hyperframes, and know how to produce high-end motion graphics with it, or similar setup.

• Understand the playing field of the one-second economy. You edit for the first frame, the hook, the conversion

• Understand that speed comes from few revisions. You self-correct, spot mistakes, fix early, so no feedback is needed on basic stuff.

• Care more about impact than applause. You want your work to perform and to help build a big company

• Speak and write excellent English - we're scaling across the UK, US, Nordics, and beyond

• The full AI stack, paid for: Higgsfield, Claude (unlimited tokens), Hyperframes, Remotion, Viktor, plus budget to try whatever comes next

• Freedom to experiment. If you find a better tool or workflow, we switch

• An in-house Video Producer to collaborate with who runs camera, mics and lights

• A product that frontline workers actually love - which makes it extremely fun to market

3 months: The AI editing pipeline is running, weekly creatives are shipping, and v1 of the template library is built.

6 months: You're shipping more, faster and better than a traditional team three times our size. You set the standard for how we make video.
