You get the scripts and the clips. You turn that into gold in a day or two.\nWhat you own:\nDelivering 3-5 video ad creatives per week (20-45 seconds each)\n\nBuilding out and getting the most out of our current AI stack: Higgsfield, Claude, Hyperframes, Remotion and Viktor\n\nBuilding workflows where AI does most of the work: generation, rough cuts, motion graphics, versioning, resizing\n\nThe final polish: hook, pacing, sound, captions and brand. This is where your editing craft makes the difference. Attention to detail, good taste, graphic design chops is absolutely crucial.\n\nTesting new AI tools every week and pushing the ones that make us faster into our workflow\n\n🧠 What you'll buildAn AI-powered editing pipeline that goes from script to tested ad variants in days, not weeks\n\nA library of Remotion/Hyperframes templates and reusable assets\n\nAutomations and MCP workflows that cut hours of manual editing down to minutes\n\nA way of making video that most teams won't figure out for another two years\n\n👋 You'll thrive here if youHave 3+ years of professional video editing experience. You learned the craft the traditional way - freelancer, influencer, creator or agency owner is a big plus.\n\nHave gone all in on AI. You use AI video tools, Claude and MCPs in your daily work, not just for fun\n\nAre curious to the point of obsession. Not just a little. Not just dipping toes. Knees deep.\n\nHave the taste to spot the 1 good generation out of 20, and the skills to polish it.\n\nAre comfortable with code-based video like Remotion or Hyperframes, and know how to produce high-end motion graphics with it, or similar setup.\n\nUnderstand the playing field of the one-second economy. You edit for the first frame, the hook, the conversion\n\nUnderstand that speed comes from few revisions. You self-correct, spot mistakes, fix early, so no feedback is needed on basic stuff.\n\nCare more about impact than applause.
