Subject to applicable guidance, the term fully vaccinated currently refers to when an individual has received either a single-shot vaccine or both doses of a two-shot vaccine, and two weeks have elapsed since the final dose.\nPerform other duties as required\nPosition Requirements\nEducation Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture preferred.\nRelated Experience Previous All Hands and Hearts experience preferred. 1+ years experience project management in an international context. 1+ years experience managing teams\nSpecial Competencies/Certifications Must be able to secure and maintain appropriate visas. Turkish fluency desired. Driver’s license required. Excellent written and oral communication skills and confident working with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage. Applicants need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately with a developed and clear management style.. The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
