This role will play a critical role in shaping our Cybersecurity practice vision, strategy, and growth, as well as supporting our strategic initiative to become a Professional Business Partner and Trusted Advisor to our clients.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nEngage with clients to understand their business challenges, requirements, and goals\nLead Presales and Architectural Design sessions to scope, plan, propose, and implement high-quality solutions aligned to customer business goals and technical environment\nDevelop technical documentation, such as solution architecture diagrams, high-level design documents, and detailed design documents showcasing our dedication to high-quality solutions and client commitment\nMaintain technical security standards, designs, and delivery playbooks across the Microsoft cloud security ecosystem\nCollaborate across various teams to drive successful client outcomes\nSupport simple through complex programs in SMB to enterprise-scale delivery engagements\nSupport the growth and scaling of capabilities and solution offerings\nServe as an escalation point for team members and clients in support of internal projects and client engagements\nContribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced security solutions\nWork closely with the project managers, delivery managers, and technical leads to ensure the successful delivery of solutions\nProvide technical oversight and support to the project teams during the design, implementation, and deployment phases\nConduct quality assurance and testing of solutions and ensure they meet the design specifications and client expectations\nTroubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle\nStay updated on
