Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.Serve as the senior program manager responsible for overall execution of the IDIQ and all awarded task orders.\nLead and motivate a cross-functional team to ensure effective collaboration, clear communication, and a shared understanding of project roles and responsibilities.\nManage the contract requirements of the PWS, including responsibility for contract deliverables.\nServe as the primary point of contact for government customer leadership, contracting officer, contracting officer's representative, and technical points of contact.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define program goals and align them with the organization's strategic objectives.\nIdentify potential risks and challenges that may arise during the program's lifecycle and develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies to address risks and ensure program success.\nSupport deliverable development and project implementation across functional areas and client offices.\nPrepare executive-level briefings, dashboards, reports, and responses to Government data calls. Proactively provide status updates, progress reports, and address concerns or inquiries.\nEngage with key stakeholders, clients, team members, and partners through consistent and proactive communication.\nEnsure compliance with the Quality Control Plan (QCP), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and security, ethics, and training requirements.\nExecute all financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and compliance with financial regulations. This includes developing budgets, monitoring execution, managing variances, and forecasting expected results (e.g., EACs).\nManage cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and performance across multiple task orders, to include subcontractors, invoicing support, and contract modifications.\nServe as primary supervisor to the team to include hiring processes, timesheet approvals, and performance reviews.\nQualifications The ideal candidate is familiar and has experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities:\nExperience managing large teams, upwards of 100+ employees, across a variety of duty locations and schedules (on-site, hybrid, and remote), to include recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management of direct reports and task leads.\nExperience directing staff, tasking activities, and supervising assigned technical and administrative staff, including subcontractors.\nDemonstrated leadership, organizational and analytical skills, time management, multi-tasking, prioritization, attention to detail, impeccable character, confidentiality, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.\nExperience collaborating with clients and staff to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, improve process, and solve problems.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work with different stakeholders and devise innovative solutions for customer challenges.\nSelf-motivated and self-monitoring, exceptional oral and written communications, and ability to multi-task.\nAbility to function well in a dynamic, high-paced, and mission-critical environment that requires quick and effective adaption to change.\nWillingness to work flexible hours.\nHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.\nAbility to build and maintain relationships with internal employees as well as outside sources.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Criminal Justice, Business, Public Administration, Management, or related field. \nMinimum of ten years of program management experience supporting Federal law enforcement agency program management experience and experience supporting a headquarters organization is highly desired.\nPrior Federal law enforcement experience as an 1811 Criminal Investigator is preferred. \nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification \nClearance/Suitability\nAbility to obtain a Top Secret clearance is a condition of employment. \nMust be a U.S. citizen.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work at a computer for extended periods, travel as required, communicate effectively, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.\nAbility to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.\nAbility to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.\nWork Location: Arlington VA\nTravel: Up to 10% travel is expected for this position\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position supporting a client in the National Capital Region. Core work hours will be consistent but may be adjusted for travel or emergent operational challenges.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nThe expected compensation range for this position is $175,000.00-$200,000.00 annually\ndepending upon education and experience.
