At All Pro, we don’t just offer jobs-we offer careers with purpose.\nKey Responsibilities\nSchedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.\nPrioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.\nMonitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.\nReceive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.\nProvide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.\nQualifications:\nIt is preferable to have prior experience in dispatching, customer service, in plumbing, service technicians, or electricians\n2+ years of dispatch experience\n2+ years of customer service experience\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nProblem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nThe capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential.\nFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.\nPay Transparency:\nThe starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$23 plus bonuses, based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.\nOther rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
