This includes Scope Documents, Works & Site Information, Design Drawings, Programmes, CDM Documents and compilation of job packs to required deadlines.\nLiaison with internal stakeholders and external 3rd parties, to seek approvals to facilitate projects.\nUndertaking site visits/audits and conduct project meetings.\nWorking closely with Project Managers in regard to delivery dates, programme and cost analysis. \nLiaising with third parties to ensure they have the correct information. \nMaintaining thorough documentation of project activities. \nRegularly reviewing and updating processes and procedures. \nYou'll need:\nSkills / Qualifications / Experience\nHNC, HND, or a degree in an Engineering discipline.\nRelevant Project Management qualifications (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).\nProfessional membership, Chartered status, or actively working towards Chartership.\nAbility to apply sound engineering judgment to check and review project scopes, technical solutions, design drawings, and compilation of job packs for complex capital projects.\nStrong understanding and application of CDM 2015 regulations, client obligations under CDM, and quality assurance processes across project delivery.\nStrong working knowledge of various NEC contract suites and their practical application with contractors.\nProficiency in project management software, Common Data Environments (CDE), and digital databases for project documentation.\nAbility to prepare estimates, track progress, review invoices, and manage schedule, budget, and spend reporting throughout the project lifecycle.\nHigh-level communication skills to convey information clearly and influence stakeholders across technical teams, contractors, external 3rd parties, and leadership.\nStrong time management skills to handle multiple project deliverables, meeting dates, and site visit schedules.\nProactive approach to resolving issues, performing site audits, and updating procedures to maintain high standards of delivery.\nPractical experience working in a water distribution environment, water utility, or similar industrial engineering setting.\nEmployees are required to be flexible and to be prepared to perform duties and other tasks within their capabilities.
