The Count Drop Team Supervisor will also be responsible for the accuracy of the count and drop process, and ensuring the operations are in compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards.\nDuties/Responsibilities \nOn a daily basis, ready to fill in on the Drop and Count team. \nMaintain accurate attendance records and issues the appropriate counseling documentationfor points accruals according to casino policies and procedures. \n\nManage, train, counsel and develop count/drop team so they can perform assigned dutieseffectively, efficiently and in accordance with the policies and procedures. \n\nMonitor and review all aspects of the count and drop team areas of operations for compliance with all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls and procedures. The drop and count must be done daily, accurately and in compliance. \nMaintain and operate an efficient operation through utilization of equipment, manpower and coordination with involved departments and planning with management. Report all malfunctioning equipment to the Count Drop Team Manager immediately. \nMaintain and ensure adherence to Count/Drop route and schedule. \nReview and maintain electronic copies of daily shift reports. \nProtect and safeguard the company assets. \nMust be physically present to work a regular, reliable, and predictable work schedule in accordance with business demands, and maintain a consistent and regular attendance record. \nPerform special projects and other responsibilities, tasks, or duties as requested. \nSupervisory Responsibilities \nAssist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. \nFollow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.\nEnsure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.\n Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.\nSpeak with others using clear and professional language. \nDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. \nEducation / Qualifications \nMust be 21 years of age, or older. \nHigh School diploma or equivalent, required. \nProficient on Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, required. \nProficient on Kronos Payroll system. \nProficient on ADP system. \nMinimum two (2) years’ operating MPS or MPX Cummins currency counter MPS 4100, 8200series. \n\nMinimum two (2) years’ experience utilizing IGT “drop utility”, “CTA table drop” andIGT ezpay, Aristocrat Oasis 360 count interface, Pit boss, Bally’s SDS, CMP. \n\nMinimum three (3) years of Lead experience related to count and drop experience or any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. \nMinimum (2) years of CDT supervisory experience, preferred. \nMust be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.\nCertificates, licenses and registration \nAbility to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license. \nRequired to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing. \nSoboba Casino Resort Benefits\nFull-time team members are eligible to participate in a variety of group health and wellness benefits upon timely submission of appropriate enrollment forms.
