Summary The Count Drop Team Supervisor willprovide leadership and professional development for the Count Drop Team. The Count Drop Team Supervisor will also be responsible for the accuracy of the count and drop process, and ensuring the operations are in compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards. Duties/Responsibilities On a daily basis, ready to fill in on the Drop and Count team. Maintain accurate attendance records and issues the appropriate counseling documentationfor points accruals according to casino policies and procedures. Manage, train, counsel and develop count/drop team so they can perform assigned dutieseffectively, efficiently and in accordance with the policies and procedures. Monitor and review all aspects of the count and drop team areas of operations for compliance with all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls and procedures. The drop and count must be done daily, accurately and in compliance. Maintain and operate an efficient operation through utilization of equipment, manpower and coordination with involved departments and planning with management.
