Remote or Hybrid work is not available.\nThe Database Analyst will provide technical and organizational support for the Database Manager including but not limited to building offers in player tracking systems, updating existing reports, preparing ad-hoc analysis and preparing lists for direct mail programs, Email marketing, SMS marketing and Soboba app offers.\nDuties/Responsibilities\nBuild offers in Casino Management System and other applicable Marketing Offer Management systems. \nEnsure the database includes only active and mail-able accounts by developing daily audits, developing and implementing data entry standards.\nInvestigate and solve data quality issues and train users as needed.\nManipulate, sort and validate player lists in preparation for direct mail vendors, email marketing, SMS marketing and Soboba app offers\nPrepare graphical interpretation of raw data.\nPrepare ad-hoc analysis upon request.\nPrepare data files for importing and/or exporting.\nMaintain audit logs and support internal/external audit requests.\nWrite and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures and scripts.\nAutomate routine tasks such as list generation, reporting and data exports.\nSupport ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) for integrating multiple data sources.\nAdjust database settings as directed.\nPerform database integration and data manipulation of player databases(s).\nIdentify and/or runs mailing lists (direct mail and email) as required from the database(s).\nProvide consistent database activity status reports.\nProvide data-driven recommendations to improve player retention and acquisition.\nAssist in providing support and input into all marketing and operational projects related to database. \nIdentifies inactive guests in the club database.\nMaintain professional relations with vendors, customers and harmonious relationships with co-workers.\nBroad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. \nMust be physically present to work a regular, reliable, and predictable work schedule in accordance with business demands, and maintain a consistent and regular attendance record. Including weekends and Holidays)\nPerform special projects and other responsibilities, tasks, or duties as requested.\nEducation / Qualifications\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent, required. \nA minimum of two (2) year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience is required. (Database marketing, business, IT, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics) \nKnowledge of database marketing and reporting programs and systems is required.\nExperience with the following is preferred but not required: Casino Management Systems (Aristocrat, IGT, Konami), OPTX, Everi Power Kiosk. Preferred\nMust be proficient in Excel and Access - SQL and Crystal Reporting. \nThree (3) to five (5) years of experience in database marketing or data analysis with strong background in utilizing multiple databases and business intelligence/reporting tools to manage data and reports preferred. \nAny combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. \nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be numbers-oriented and computer literate, with database and software skills.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests.\nAbility to apply reasoning abilities to a variety of situations.\nMust be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.\nCertificates, licenses and registrations\nAbility to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license. \nRequired to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing.\nSoboba Casino Resort Benefits\nFull-time team members are eligible to participate in a variety of group health and wellness benefits upon timely submission of appropriate enrollment forms.
