The Flooring Installer is responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring projects are completed on time and in accordance with company standards and customer expectations.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.\nPaid time off and paid holidays.\nLife insurance.\nShort-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage.\nAccident and Critical Illness coverage.\nRetirement savings plan with company matching.\nOpportunities for professional development and advancement.\nA supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and innovation.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nInstall various flooring products, including:Carpet\nLuxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)\nLuxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)\nSheet Vinyl\nLaminate Flooring\nHardwood Flooring\nTile Flooring (if applicable)\n\nMeasure and prepare installation areas.\nRemove existing flooring materials and dispose of debris properly.\nInspect subfloors and perform necessary preparation, including leveling, cleaning, and moisture testing.\nCut, fit, and secure flooring materials using appropriate tools and techniques.\nInstall trim, moldings, transitions, and finishing components.\nRead and interpret work orders, blueprints, and project specifications.\nMaintain a clean and organized job site.\nFollow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, customers, and team members.\nLoad, unload, transport, and care for materials and equipment.\nReport material shortages, quality concerns, or project issues promptly.\nPerform warranty or service work as assigned.\nAssist with other construction-related duties as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 1-3 years of flooring installation experience preferred.\nKnowledge of flooring installation techniques, materials, and tools.\nAbility to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.\nAbility to operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds;
