functional areas: \nHuman Resources Business Field Support \nHR Business Partnering \nOrganizational Talent Management \nLearning & Development \nHR Compliance and Employee Relations \nTotal Rewards and Compensation \nPartner with HR leaders and team members to analyze data, improve processes, and deliver solutions that impact the employee experience HR operational efficiency \nAppropriately balance manager direction with self-driven solutioning when facilitating and delivering on project work/deliverables \nContribute and add to the positive, innovative, and collaborative culture within HR and Swire Coca-Cola \nProactively build relationships with HR and business stakeholders to deepen learning and support project management \nContribute to the design and implementation of HR programs, resources, or training to support employee and business needs \nPresent project findings and recommendations to HR and Organizational leadership at the end of the internship \n\nRequirements: \nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field\nGraduation date of August 2027 or later \nInterest in exploring a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in HR project work \nMust be available to work full-time for the duration of the summer (May – August 2027)\nMust not require sponsorship to legally work in the U.S. (i.e., H-1B, TN, OPT, CPT, O-1, E-3, or any other work visas), now or in the future\n\nPreferred Skills:\nStrong communication, both written and verbal, and organizational skills\nAbility to thrive in a team setting, while also being able to work independently\nDesire to gain experience within the HR Organization\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,
