You will manage and coordinate multiple competing cross-functional IT projects/programs simultaneously, gather and analyze requirements, set priorities, define project schedules, oversee project resources (both internal and external) and facilitate sprint planning (where applicable). In addition, build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, key stakeholders, including IT managers, vendors, and act as a trusted advisor to clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability, both inside and outside of the IT department.Responsibilities\nLead system implementation projects for enterprise software, databases, infrastructure, network, and business applications\nPlan, schedule, and track project timeline, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools\nMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery\nCoordinate cross-functional project teams including IT staff, business users, and external vendors\nConduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide status updates to executive leadership\nEnsure all projects comply with security protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards\nOversee testing phases, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities\nParticipate in continuous improvement process and IT operation initiatives as needed\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred\nCAPM, PMP, Agile or equivalent certification is required required\n2+ years of relevant industry experience in project management with a proven ability to support technological initiatives and deliver business value required\nSolid understanding of technology, including software development, cyber security, infrastructure, cloud services, and data management\nAdept at various project management methodologies (Agile, scrum, Waterfall) and adapting the best approach\nStrong leadership skills and ability to foster a positive work environment\nAbility to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace continuous learning\nAbility to effectively delegate responsibilities and resolve conflicts\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills\nDeliver projects that meet quality standards, which meets business partner’s
