To ensure a positive and friendly atmosphere for Soboba Casino Resort patrons along with providing excellent guest service. Assist the manager in the operation of the department and provide guidance and support to Player Services Representatives.\nDuties/Responsibilities\nPerform all the functions of a Player Services Representative.\nSupervise over the Marketing Gifting program. Receiving product, supervisor over the gifting team, maintain inventory count of product and returns.\nMust be self-directed, team player, self-motivated and demonstrate initiative on a daily basis.\nApply positive communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with internal and external guests at all times.\nSupervise the development and implementation of training for all Player Services employees.\nEnsure the department's day to day activities are running smoothly and according to standards.\nMaintain inventory count of operating supplies and equipment.\nProvide reports for monitoring the new member signups, daily summary reports, Box Office events and other Player Service activities.\nReview all logs and reports to ensure accuracy.\nVerifies Box Office sales and cash as needed.\nEnsures enforcement of all policies and procedures, laws, state gaming regulations, and Internal Controls.\nWill carry out responsibilities in accordance with the policies and procedures. \nResponsibilities include, assist with interviewing, training and motivating employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.\nAssist with Kronos, create and overlook Player Service Rep. Schedules. \nMust be physically present to work a regular, reliable, and predictable work schedule in accordance with business demands, and maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.\nPerform special projects and other responsibilities, tasks, or duties as requested.\nEducation / Qualifications\nMust be 21 years of age, or older.\nHigh School diploma or equivalent, required.\nTwo (2) years of casino experience required. \nFour years of front facing guest service experience required. \nPrevious supervisory experience in a related field such as retail or casino experience, preferred. \nAbility to handle high levels of stress including but not limited to guest conflict and resolution. \nTyping and Data Entry ability. Sitting and telephone use. Computer knowledge. Excellent customer service skills.\nAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.\nAbility to write simple correspondence. \nAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, if needed vendors, and other employees of the organization. \nMust Read, write and speak English. \nAbility to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\nAbility to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.\nMust be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.\nCertificates, licenses and registration \nAbility to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license. \nRequired to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing. \nSoboba Casino Resort Benefits\nFull-time team members are eligible to participate in a variety of group health and wellness benefits upon timely submission of appropriate enrollment forms.
