You will own features end-to-end: React on the front-end, Node.js on the back-end, deployed with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS. Small team, hands-on senior role - you ship, you deploy, you support what you build.\nThe team develops AI-first. AI coding tools are the default way work gets done, not an experiment. On the front-end in particular, we expect you to generate most of the UI with AI - screens, components, state, tests - and spend your time on architecture, review and product quality, not on hand-typing JSX. We expect you to already work this way.\nWhat you will do:\nBuild and ship full-stack features: React front-end + Node.js services and APIs\nBuild the front-end AI-first: turn designs, specs or screenshots into working React screens using AI coding agents; generate components, forms, tables, state logic and tests; then review, harden and integrate\nSet up and maintain the AI workflow for front-end work: project rules/context files, component conventions, design-system references and prompt patterns so AI output matches the codebase\nContainerize services with Docker, deploy and operate them on Kubernetes and AWS\nMaintain CI/CD, monitoring and logging for what you own\nReview code (human- and AI-written) and work directly with the product and management team\nRequirements\nMust have:\n5+ years of professional software development\nTrue full-stack: 3+ years where you regularly delivered both the React front-end and the Node.js back-end of the same features yourself, in production.
