The position will also support infrastructure improvement initiatives and contribute to the organisation’s gradual adoption of cloud technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nInfrastructure Operations\nAdminister and maintain Windows Server environments, virtualisation platforms, and core infrastructure systems.\n\nMonitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable operations across all sites.\n\nPerform system administration tasks including patch management, updates, and preventive maintenance.\n\nSupport infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh cycles, and capacity planning.\n\nEvaluate and recommend improvements to infrastructure systems, tools, and technologies.\n\nCloud & Infrastructure Modernisation\nSupport infrastructure modernisation initiatives and evaluation of future cloud adoption for selected systems.\n\nAssist in planning and implementation of hybrid infrastructure solutions integrating on-premise systems with cloud platforms where applicable.\n\n Backup, Security & Monitoring\nManage backup operations and support disaster recovery planning and testing.\n\nInvestigate and resolve infrastructure alerts and incidents.\n\nSupport implementation of cybersecurity controls including system patching and vulnerability remediation.\n\nProjects & Governance\nParticipate in infrastructure improvement initiatives and technology refresh projects.\n\nMaintain infrastructure documentation and ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and governance practices.\n\nSupport IT initiatives aligned with the organisation’s digital transformation roadmap.\n\nRequirements\nEducation\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.\n\nExperience\n3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration roles.\n\nCandidates should have hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments including servers, virtualisation platforms, and backup systems.\n\nTechnical Skills\nWindows Server administration\n\nActive Directory and identity management\n\nVirtualisation platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)\n\nBackup and disaster recovery solutions\n\nInfrastructure monitoring tools\n\nNetworking fundamentals (LAN/WAN)\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, including exposure to cloud migration or implementation projects.\n\nUnderstanding of hybrid infrastructure concepts and cloud security practices.\n\nExposure to cybersecurity practices or infrastructure security controls.\n\nExperience working in healthcare or regulated environments will be an advantage.\n\nKey Competencies\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking\n\nHigh level of accountability and ownership\n\nAttention to
