This role maintains customer, product, and other assigned business records; performs detailed data entry; validates requests; and ensures compliance with established standards. The successful candidate can manage multiple priorities, make sound routine decisions within defined procedures, and recognize when an exception requires escalation.\nWork Schedule: This position is onsite with the opportunity to work Hybrid (3x onsite at the Bloomington, MN Headquarters) after successful training.\nPay: $24-$27/hr depending on experience and qualifications\nKey Responsibilities and Essential Functions\nMaster Data Maintenance\nCreate, update, and deactivate customer, product, and other assigned master data records based on complete and approved requests.\nPerform accurate data entry in ERP, PIM, e-commerce, and related systems while meeting established service expectations.\nReview requests for completeness, accuracy, proper authorization, and required supporting information before processing.\nApply established naming conventions, classifications, required fields, and data standards consistently across records.\nAssist with reporting and metrics related to request volume, turnaround time, error rates, and data completeness.\nMonitor the master data support queue, prioritize work, communicate status, and complete requests within established timelines.\nData Quality and Governance\nAudit master data to identify missing, inaccurate, duplicate, outdated, or inconsistent information.\nResearch discrepancies, determine the appropriate correction, and document changes when required.\nFollow master data policies, procedures, approval requirements, and internal controls.\nProtect confidential customer and business information and follow applicable data-access requirements.\nIssue Resolution and Collaboration\nPartner with Customer Service, Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, E-commerce, IT, and other departments to obtain complete and accurate information.\nCommunicate questions, missing information, risks, decisions, and completion status clearly to both technical and nontechnical partners.\nMake routine decisions using documented rules and business standards;
