retailers across 16 states.\nPosition Summary for Warehouse/Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)\nWe are immediately seeking a qualified Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to support the warehouse operation by fulfilling logistical needs in processing, storing inventory, picking orders, and making deliveries to our customers promptly.\nBranch: Walcro in Urbandale, IA\nWork Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, local routes\nPay: $20-$21/hr\nResponsibilities\nPick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.\nReceive inventory and inspect products for damage, stock products to bin locations.\nVerify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping process.\nOperate all equipment necessary for material handling such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant equipment.\nFollow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes.\nAssist the Branch Manager in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.\nOrganize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards for storage and transport.\nEnsure SOPs for inventory control are followed so pallets are properly shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for storage and transport.\nDelivering customer orders per our established schedule as a delivery driver ensuring a positive customer experience while complying with all Department of Transportation regulations for a vehicle 26,000 lbs. or less.\nCarry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.\nQualifications\nEducation & Experiences\nHigh School diploma or equivalent degree.\nMinimum of 2 years of warehouse and or fulfillment experience or a similar environment.\nExcellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate, and quality work output.\nMust be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results.\nMust be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs.\nCommercial driving experience is a plus!\nClean driving record including a valid state motor vehicle license. \nAbility to pass the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screen in accordance with company requirements.\nOther Qualifications\nForklift experience and the ability to obtain forklift certification.\nExperience in the flooring and/or building materials industry is a plus.\nAble to wear work boots and meet the standard of the company’s workplace safety.\nBe able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.\nLegally permitted to work in the United
