We are rethinking the digital experience end-to-end, with mobile at the centre of how our audience interacts with us.\n\nWhat You'll Do : \n\n- Lead the UI/UX redesign of ATB's mobile app and web experience.\n\n- Design end-to-end journeys across homepage, search, PLP, PDP, cart, checkout and account.\n\n- Translate user behavior, research and analytics into clear design solutions.\n\n- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma.\n\n- Shape interaction design, information architecture, navigation and usability.\n\n- Build and evolve a scalable design system across app and web.\n\nWho We're Looking For : \n\n- 3 - 5+ years in UI/UX, Product Design or Interaction Design.\n\n- Strong experience designing mobile-first consumer products.\n\n- Prior experience in e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces or consumer internet is preferred.\n\n- Strong understanding of interaction design, user journeys and usability.\n\n- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping.\n\n- Able to balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.\n\nHow You'll Work : \n\nYou'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Business and Marketing to take experiences from problem definition through design, development, launch and iteration.
