This position involves working with aluminum frames, glass, hardware, and other components to produce high-quality finished products. The Assembler must be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.\nBenefits offered to all employees:\nMedical, Dental and Vision insurance\n401(k) plan\nVacation Pay\nSick Days and Paid Holidays\nPerformance based bonuses\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nAssemble aluminum window and door frames, glass, hardware, and other components according to work orders and specifications.\n\nUse hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently.\n\nRead and follow work orders, measurements, drawings, and assembly instructions.\n\nMeasure, align, fit, and secure materials to ensure proper assembly.\n\nInspect materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.\n\nIdentify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns.\n\nSafely handle glass, aluminum, and other materials to prevent damage or injury.\n\nMeet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\n\nFollow company policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.\n\nAssist with other production tasks as needed.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nCORE COMPETENCIES\nAbility to read a tape measure and perform basic math.\n\nBasic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred.\n\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.\n\nStrong attention to detail and quality.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nDependable, with good attendance and punctuality.\n\nWillingness to learn new tasks and processes\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\n\nFrequent bending, reaching, stooping, and repetitive hand movements.\n\nAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, with assistance when appropriate.\n\nAbility to safely handle large or fragile materials, including glass and aluminum.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWork is performed in a manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
