Als Teamlead Inbound zorg jij dat de voorraad altijd klopt en dat jouw team elke dag met plezier de targets haalt.\nRequirements\nWat ga je doen?\n\nIn deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt op de vloer voor de goederenontvangst. Je rapporteert aan de Tribelead Logistics (onze Warehouse Manager) en werkt nauw samen met je collega-Teamleads van Outbound en Returns om de dagelijkse operatie soepel te laten verlopen.\nAansturing op de vloer: Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt jouw team van 4 tot 8 medewerkers. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig en werkt waar nodig mee.\nWMS-beheer (Picqer): Je zorgt voor een foutloze inslag. Je ziet toe op een strikte scan-discipline en lost administratieve verschillen in het systeem direct op.\nPlanning & Forecast: Je maakt de personeelsplanning (via Dyflexis), waarbij je 4 tot 6 weken vooruitkijkt om drukke periodes op te vangen.\nProcesbewaking: Je schakelt snel met de afdeling Inkoop en zorgt dat de fysieke binnenkomst van orders naadloos aansluit op de administratieve afhandeling.\nWie zoeken wij?\nWij zoeken een praktische leider die van aanpakken weet, rust brengt in de hectiek en het overzicht bewaart tussen de stellingen.\nErvaring: Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke omgeving en bent toe aan een tweede stap in je carrière of je hebt al ervaring als (assistent) teamleider.\nNiveau: Je beschikt over MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau.\nHand-on mentaliteit: Je bent analytisch genoeg om een planning te maken, maar je vindt het heerlijk om het grootste deel van je dag fysiek in het magazijn aanwezig te zijn.\nCommunicatie: Je bent een teamplayer die makkelijk communiceert met zowel je eigen team als je collega-teamleads.\nWat bieden wij?\nEen uitdagende leidinggevende rol in een groeiende, sportieve organisatie.\nEen marktconform salaris dat aansluit bij jouw ervaring.
