enable consistent and reliable application delivery.\nMonitor system health, investigate incidents, and implement solutions to improve platform reliability.\nEstablish and maintain infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability practices.\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.\nSupport engineering teams with infrastructure and deployment requirements.\nContribute to cloud architecture decisions, balancing reliability, scalability, security, and cost.\nParticipate in incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.\nMaintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.\nHard Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.\nProven experience operating production environments and supporting business-critical applications.\nAdvanced experience with Terraform.\nHands-on experience with Bicep for Azure infrastructure.\nStrong understanding of cloud networking, identity and access management, security, and resource management.\nExperience with CI/CD platforms and pipelines.\nProficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation and scripting.\nExperience with Git and infrastructure version control practices.\nFamiliarity with containers and Docker.\nExperience with cloud monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.\nUnderstanding of high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and cloud cost management.\nNice to Have:\nAWS or Azure certifications.\nKubernetes experience.\nExperience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.\nExperience implementing DevSecOps practices.\nFamiliarity with SRE principles.\nExperience working in multi-cloud environments.\nExperience supporting highly scalable or distributed systems.\nSoft Skills:\nAnalytical and methodical approach to troubleshooting.\nComfortable working in environments where reliability and availability are critical.\nAble to communicate clearly with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.\nProactive approach to identifying risks and improving existing processes.\nComfortable working independently and making sound technical decisions.\nAdaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work across different teams and client environments.\nFluent
