This role combines project management expertise, a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, and hands-on technical capabilities.\nResponsibilities\nLead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and feedback.\nCollaborate with internal teams (consultants, developers, architects) to deliver high-quality solutions.\nDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.\nConduct requirement-gathering sessions and create detailed documentation.\nOversee the execution of marketing strategies using Marketing Cloud tools.\nEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and marketing best practices.\nProvide training and post-implementation support to clients.\nDeliver services tailored to client needs and organizational goals.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience as Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist\nDeep knowledge of Marketing Cloud features and capabilities, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio\nFamiliarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Marketing Cloud Personalization.\nProven track record of managing end-to-end marketing automation projects\nExperience in developing project plans, budgets, and resource allocation\nExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills\nAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field\nAdvantages\nSalesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred\nWhy work for us?\nOur team inspires progress in each other and in our customers through our relentless pursuit of excellence;
