This role is ideal for experienced AI professionals with a strong technical background, a track record of delivering scalable AI systems, and the ability to mentor and guide team members.\nThe Senior Engineer will drive end-to-end AI projects, architect reliable AI platforms, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.\nSummary of Key Responsibilities\nLead the design and implementation of Gen AI platform components using Python and modern microservices.\nDrive engineering and operational best practices across AI projects.\nCollaborate with technical, product, and business teams to deliver customer value and define product vision.\nLead end-to-end development of AI systems, including research, experimentation, deployment, and scaling.\nMentor and support engineers, fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning.\nAnalyze complex problems, define requirements, and propose AI-driven solutions.\nApply DevOps principles to maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance AI systems.\nDesign and implement secure APIs for safe interaction with AI models.\nStay up-to-date with the latest Gen AI technologies and trends, and bring innovation to the team.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in AI, ML, or software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI.\nStrong understanding of LLMs, RAG techniques, fine-tuning, inference, and Gen AI workflows.\nExpertise in Python and relevant Gen AI libraries and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace).\nExperience designing, deploying, and scaling AI platforms and microservices.\nFamiliarity with vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, FAISS) for data storage and retrieval.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.\nStrong interpersonal, team, and communication skills.\nAcademic degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.\nCertifications\nAWS Machine Learning Specialty (Strongly Preferred)\nAWS Solutions Architect - Associate (Strongly Preferred)\nAWS Solutions Architect - Professional (Preferred)\nWhy Work for Us?\nAt AllCloud, you will lead the development of next-generation AI solutions and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
