The successful candidate will provide strategic and technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, from building high-performing teams, scaling complex software platforms, strengthening engineering practices, and delivering secure, reliable, enterprise-grade technology.\nResponsibilities\nProvide strategic and technical leadership across multiple software engineering teams.\n\nDevelop engineering roadmaps aligned with business objectives, product strategy and organizational growth.\n\nLead, mentor and develop Engineering Managers and Senior Engineers while building high-performing teams.\n\nOversee the delivery of complex software initiatives, ensuring quality, reliability and timely execution.\n\nEstablish engineering standards, architectural principles, coding practices and operational best practices.\n\nGuide system architecture, scalability, platform modernisation and long-term technical strategy.\n\nEnsure software solutions meet high standards for performance, security, reliability and availability.\n\nDrive continuous improvement across Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and quality assurance practices.\n\nPartner with Product, Data, Security, Infrastructure and other cross-functional teams to align priorities and delivery.\n\nCommunicate engineering strategy, performance, risks and priorities to senior and executive stakeholders.\n\nSkillset\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.\n\nAt least 10 years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior engineering leadership roles.\n\nProven track record leading large, distributed or multidisciplinary engineering teams.\n\nStrong expertise in modern software development, cloud architecture, DevOps and CI/CD practices.\n\nExperience designing and delivering scalable enterprise software, microservices, APIs and distributed systems.\n\nDemonstrated success delivering complex software products and platforms at scale.\n\nStrong understanding of high-availability, secure, and resilient systems.\n\nHands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, alongside Kubernetes, containers and Infrastructure as Code.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and strategic decision-making skills.\n\nExperience managing engineering budgets, workforce planning and operational performance.\n\nBenefits\nSalary: $150k -
