The successful candidate will help build exceptional user experiences for a healthcare platform that enables patients to compare upfront pricing for virtual and in-person appointments, prescriptions and a wide range of healthcare services.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain and scale a modern Next.js web application.\n\nOwn key customer-facing features, including search, appointment scheduling, provider profiles and patient checkout journeys.\n\nBuild responsive, accessible and intuitive user interfaces that deliver an exceptional patient experience.\n\nDesign and maintain reusable frontend components and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.\n\nOptimise application performance, reliability, and usability across devices and browsers.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable and well-tested code following best practices.\n\nCollaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, operations teams, and clinical stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.\n\nContribute to technical discussions, solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nTroubleshoot issues across the application and contribute to full-stack development when required.\n\nTake ownership of features from concept through to deployment, ensuring a seamless user experience.\n\nSkillset\nMinimum of 3 years' experience building production web applications using React.\n\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and modern React development patterns.\n\nExperience with Next.js or similar frameworks, including server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).\n\nStrong understanding of REST APIs and backend data models.\n\nExperience building accessible, responsive, and high-performance web applications.\n\nExperience with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL is a plus.\n\nPrevious experience in healthcare technology or other regulated industries is a bonus.\n\nExcellent attention to detail with a strong focus on UI quality and user experience.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nBenefits\nSalary: $150k -
