development experience, with progressively greater responsibility.\n\nA current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.\n\nCIS-ITSM and/or CIS-SPM certifications would be a plus.\n\nStrong technical skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs and ServiceNow Studio.\n\nPractical experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.\n\nExperience delivering projects within Agile/Scrum teams.\n\nDemonstrated experience supporting the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and federal software accreditation
