multi-module instance.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications and core platform capabilities.\n\nCreate workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, catalog items and other platform components.\n\nAssist with platform upgrades, including testing, issue remediation, troubleshooting and post-upgrade validation.\n\nDevelop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP and other integration technologies.\n\nWrite clean, scalable and maintainable JavaScript in accordance with established development standards.\n\nPartner with developers, architects and stakeholders to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.\n\nDeliver solutions that comply with federal security, governance and regulatory requirements.\n\nInvestigate and resolve application defects, performance issues and production support requests.\n\nContribute to code reviews, technical documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous platform improvement.\n\nSkillset\nActive Top Secret security clearance is essential.\n\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.\n\nCompTIA Security+ or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification would be a bonus.\n\nHands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications in a production environment.\n\nStrong experience working with large-scale, complex ServiceNow instances.\n\nProficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting and core platform capabilities.\n\nExperience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM or custom applications.\n\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow development standards, security principles and platform best practices.\n\nExperience supporting federal government or Department of Defense customers, with knowledge of relevant security, compliance and audit
