The successful candidate will help deliver and develop ServiceNow ITOM Visibility, CMDB, SAM Pro and HAM Pro, taking ownership of platform enhancements, automation and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities\nWork alongside the implementation partner to deliver ITOM Visibility, CMDB, SAM Pro and HAM Pro.\n\nServe as a technical SME, leading discussions with vendors, implementation partners and business stakeholders.\n\nDesign, configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows and automation.\n\nOwn enhancements and new requests from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.\n\nBuild and maintain enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, REST and SOAP APIs.\n\nStrengthen asset lifecycle management, CMDB data quality and governance through CSDM and ITAM best practices.\n\nOversee day-to-day platform operations, troubleshooting issues and maintaining platform health.\n\nDevelop technical documentation, operational runbooks and reusable knowledge resources.\n\nMentor team members and define development and administration standards.\n\nSkillset\nAt least 10 years' IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years in hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.\n\nA proven track record of delivering enterprise ServiceNow implementations and providing ongoing operational support.\n\nServiceNow CSA, CIS-HAM and/or CIS-SAM, and ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 certifications.\n\nStrong knowledge of CMDB, ITOM Visibility/Discovery, ITAM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro and ITSM.\n\nPractical experience with Service Catalog, Workspaces, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.\n\nStrong JavaScript development skills, with experience across Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and ACLs.\n\nExperience developing and maintaining REST and SOAP integrations.\n\nConfident stakeholder communication, with the ability to manage vendors, lead technical discussions and translate business needs into solutions.\n\nA proactive, independent approach to owning initiatives, resolving technical issues and improving platform capabilities.\n\nExposure to CSDM, Service Mapping, Employee Center, Platform Analytics, Azure/AWS integrations, source control or CI/CD would be an
