The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules and applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and related HR integrations.\n\nCustomize and configure the ServiceNow platform using best practices in scripting (client scripts, UI policies, business rules, flow designer etc.)\n\nCollaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)\n\nEnsure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security policies and governance processes.\n\nConduct unit testing, UAT support and deploy solutions through established SDLC processes.\n\nTroubleshoot issues, optimize performance and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow HRSD applications.\n\nStay current with ServiceNow platform releases and HRSD-related innovations to recommend improvements and enhancements.\n\nSkillset\nAt least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 2 years in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).\n\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting and configuration.\n\nHands-on experience with HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Center and Lifecycle Events.\n\nExperience developing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and IntegrationHub.\n\nProficiency with JavaScript, HTML and AngularJS (or similar front-end technologies).\n\nSolid understanding of HR processes and data structures.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps).\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with a remote, distributed team.\n\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist -
