The successful candidate will develop and configure ServiceNow SPM solutions to meet project and portfolio management needs, streamline business processes and give management teams clearer insight into performance.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and configure ServiceNow solutions, specialising in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).\n\nAnalyse business requirements and turn them into technical specifications and practical solutions.\n\nConfigure workflows, automated processes, forms, Business Rules and access permissions.\n\nDevelop and enhance platform functionality using JavaScript, Script Includes and Flow Designer.\n\nConnect ServiceNow with external applications through REST and SOAP integrations.\n\nDevelop dashboards, metrics and reports to improve visibility across projects and portfolios.\n\nPerform technical testing, assist with user acceptance testing and troubleshoot defects.\n\nSupport platform releases, maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nWork closely with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout development and delivery.\n\nAdvise on the use of standard ServiceNow features and apply development best practices.\n\nSkillset\nMinimum of 3 years' experience developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform.\n\nPractical experience delivering or implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.\n\nSound knowledge of project and portfolio management processes, including risk management.\n\nStrong technical skills in JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules and Flow Designer.\n\nExperience setting up workflows, automations, forms and access permissions.\n\nExperience connecting ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.\n\nSolid understanding of the ServiceNow development lifecycle, from testing through deployment.\n\nAbility to analyse business needs and turn them into effective technical solutions.\n\nClear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.\n\nExperience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and/or Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) modules is an
