The successful candidate will help build the next generation of AI-powered clinical review tools, by contributing to the design, development, testing and deployment of features used by pharmaceutical customers in live clinical trials.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and deliver new platform features using Python and TypeScript.\n\nEnhance system reliability, scalability, performance and automated test coverage.\n\nSupport the development of data pipelines used to ingest, standardize and process clinical trial data.\n\nAssist in integrating and evaluating LLM-powered workflows within a hybrid AI and heuristics-based architecture.\n\nPartner closely with customers to understand how medical reviewers and data managers interact with the platform.\n\nCollaborate with the CTO and founding team on architecture decisions and engineering best practices.\n\nTake ownership of clearly defined projects from implementation through to deployment.\n\nSkillset\nAt least 4 years of experience building and deploying production-grade software.\n\nStrong backend engineering skills in Python or a similar programming language.\n\nAbility to work across the full stack, including frontend development with React and TypeScript.\n\nSolid understanding of relational databases, SQL and data modelling concepts.\n\nStrong attention to clean, maintainable code, testing and software quality best practices.\n\nExperience working with AWS or other major cloud infrastructure platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools, LLM-based applications or intelligent workflow systems.\n\nExperience building or supporting ETL pipelines, large-scale data systems, or validation frameworks.\n\nPrevious experience working in fast-paced startup or early-stage environments is a plus.\n\nExposure to healthcare, life sciences, biotech or clinical trial technology environments is an advantage.\n\nBenefits\nSalary: $150k -
