The successful candidate will support a ServiceNow Health & Safety (H&S) implementation, playing a key role in the Phase 1 rollout by collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to help drive the implementation through to successful completion.\nResponsibilities\nFacilitate business process and requirements workshops with key customer stakeholders.\n\nCapture, assess and document Health & Safety requirements and business needs.\n\nTranslate requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.\n\nManage the refinement and approval of user stories with relevant stakeholders.\n\nPrepare for and support customer demonstrations throughout the implementation.\n\nProvide business process expertise during sprint reviews, demos and delivery activities.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement and review sessions.\n\nPartner with ServiceNow, technical and customer teams to maintain alignment between business requirements and the delivered solution.\n\nSupport the delivery of the Phase 1 Health & Safety workstream, helping maintain progress through to successful completion.\n\nSkillset\nProven experience delivering business process consulting within ServiceNow environments.\n\nHands-on experience supporting ServiceNow Health & Safety implementations.\n\nStrong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, processes and implementation methodologies.\n\nCurrent ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.\n\nRelevant professional Health & Safety accreditation.\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities.\n\nExperience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and translating them into well-defined user stories.\n\nSolid understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.\n\nExperience participating in sprint demonstrations, planning sessions, backlog refinement and other Agile ceremonies.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.\n\n**Please Note ** Applicants
