This role will perform a variety of tasks, including material handling, inventory coordination, cycle counting, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations. This role requires the ability to work independently or in a team environment, with minimal supervision, to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products through the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process flow, quality standards, and ERP systems, as well as a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat You Will Do:\nCoordinate the incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts.\nConduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.\nOperate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift) as needed, following proper training and operating requirements.\nPerform transactions in the ERP system to track inventory and production flow.\nPackage, crate, bundle, and prepare products for shipping and receiving.\nIdentify and report quality concerns, ensuring all tasks meet established quality and quantity requirements.\nResolve problems, make recommendations, and escalate issues as necessary to leadership on movement of product both incoming and outgoing.\nRoot cause inventory accuracy related issues to ensure the steady flow of product through the factory.\nMaintain a safe and organized work environment.\nOther duties and projects as assigned.\nWhat You Need To Succeed:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n2+ years’ experience in material/inventory control or related field, preferably in a manufacturing setting.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.\nProficient in using inventory management software and systems.\nAbility to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if required).\nKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.\nAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.\nAbility to demonstrate manual dexterity; ability to use fingers and hands to feel, handle, or squeeze; reach with hands and arms; twist/turn body; perform repetitive motions.\nAbility to stand for long periods of time.\nAbility to move/lift up to 75+ pounds, utilizing team lifting or tools to move material and product.\nAdaptable and able to adjust to new processes, technologies, or production requirements.\nAdditional Detail\nStandard schedule is Monday through Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am.
