You’ll assist operators, keep work areas organized, perform simple inspections, and help ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety and quality practices across the shop floor.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nPrior manufacturing, warehouse or general labor experience helpful but not required.\nAble to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.\nBasic reading, writing and arithmetic skills; able to follow written and verbal instructions.\nReliable attendance, punctuality and willingness to work overtime when needed.\nGood teamwork, positive attitude and willingness to learn.\nBasic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.\nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing for long periods of time, lifting to 75 lbs, bending, and twisting stand sit, use hands to manipulate equipment.\nWork Environment:\nThe noise level in the work environment is usually loud.\nWarehouse/production environment with required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, ear protection).\nFast-paced, physical role; occasional exposure to dust, noise or solvents (ventilation and training provided).\nEmphasis on teamwork, cleanliness and adherence to safety procedures.\nCompensation: $18.00 - $19.90 per hour\nKrieger Specialty Products is an equal opportunity employer.\nWe Celebrate Who We Are!\nAllegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
